Mr. Hamilton is a proven project coordinator in the natural resource extraction industry with over twenty years’ experience in permitting, surface use acquisition, environmental regulation, and environmental monitoring and compliance. He has worked extensively in oil, gas, mining and renewables. He is a professional at increasing a company’s profitability through decreasing approval delays and noncompliance issues. Recognized for highly efficient and accurate project coordination in high-pressure situations with federal, state, tribal and private entities within the Rocky Mountain States. Don Hamilton holds a B.S. in Geology from Utah State University, Logan, Utah and presently resides in Moab, Utah.

Mr. Schern is a project manager with wide experience in the natural resource extraction industry with over 40 years of experience in permitting, water and property rights, environmental regulation and major project development. Proven strengths include successful project planning, budgeting, management and implementation skills. He has the ability to learn new systems and cultures quickly and add value to large client projects. Major accomplishments include the closure and reclamation of the first uranium mine and mill site to receive full release through the state/U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission partnership. Mr. Schern organized and led the exploration and permitting/development efforts for copper and gold properties in Arizona and Montana and successfully led the project team that received the Chairman’s Health and Safety Award for 1999, within the safest mining company in the U.S.A. Mike Schern holds a M.S. in Geology from Arizona State University and a B.A. in Geology, Hanover College from Hanover, Indiana and currently resides in Washington, Utah.

Pamela Juliano – Government Affairs / Project Manager
Regulatory Liaison, Project Funding Support and Management
Pamela Juliano, has nearly twenty years of experience working with government affairs, small business and non-profit issues. She served as a congressional staffer for nine of those years covering government relations, outreach and policy issues including water, energy, and small business resources. She led grants work leadership calls for congressional staffers and developed a research and resource tool to assist constituents in identifying the right grant for their project or program.
Prior to serving as a congressional staffer, Pamela served as a Utah VISTA program manager and Director of United Way of Eastern Utah. She developed sustainable volunteer projects, led local initiatives to fund after school programs for rural Utah. She co-authored and led a federal initiative supporting an AmeriCorps VISTA Learn and Serve program for high school juniors and seniors in parts of Southeastern Utah.
Pamela attended USU Eastern and is certified in Project Management and Decision Support Strategies. She considers the client – consultant relationship to be a collaborative partnership not just a client under contract. She is passionate about best practices and strategies to improve government and stakeholder relations and a balanced approach to sound decisions.

Gavin Harrison – GIS Manager, Landman, Project Manager

Mr. Harrison is a GIS and field professional with acquisition to final reclamation skills for oil, gas, mining and renewable industries with over 25 years of experience in developing extraction industry property portfolios, completing surface and mineral ownership research, data collection, field recon and organization of GIS databases. Proven strengths include full service mineral acquisition, due diligence, project planning and management, reclamation and implementation skills. He has the ability to move quickly and quietly achieve the clients requested assets while reducing costs through issues avoidance. Major accomplishments include the quiet acquisition of over 50,000 acres of lithium claims for select clients in the Clayton Valley, Nevada and complete field recon and mapping of historic drill holes, mineralized outcrops and reduced-oxi paleo channels for Uranium exploration in the Paradox Basin, Utah and Colorado. Mr. Harrison completed lease, due diligence, geologic and threatened and endangered species recon of 350,000 acres of oil leases, Elko, Nevada. He accelerated the permit approval process for uranium drilling resulting in over 65 drill holes being drilled at an estimated 30% faster rate, enabling the company to accomplish a $6 million exploration project, Paradox Basin, Utah. Gavin Harrison presently resides in Moab, Utah.
